Lightning is used as a frame to symbolize something destructive, rapid, uncontrollable, the same goes with the colors used, reds, blacks and oranges, all of which are often associated with war, death and bloodshed.
The flaming hairstyle and facial markings are reminiscent of war paint and raging fires that occur during conflict.
The feathers on the dress are untamed and almost sharp, appropriate descriptions as Wrath is something wild and primal, almost a personification of animal ferocity.
The whip she is holding is a symbol of power and dominance while the shattered earth behind her is the result that Wrath has had on the world
